… Competitively time-slotted Fringe—which goes up against ratings giants like Grey’s Anatomy, CSI, and The Office on Thursday nights—is kicking off a high-energy ad campaign in an effort to boost ratings. Expect to see strategically-placed “Observers” (those creepy bald guys from the show) in episodes of So You Think You Can Dance and broadcasts of Sunday Night Football. They’ll also be roaming the streets in major cities like Atlanta and New York. Let’s hope Josh Jackson dons some Observer makeup and hits the pavement, too. [Variety]
